Bug#1104641: systemd-tmpfiles: "/run/lock" is configured twice

Dear Maintainer,

I get the following message:

It seems "/run/lock" is configured twice:
,---- [ /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/debian.conf ]
| d /run/lock    1777 root root -   -
`----

and
,---- [ /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/legacy.conf ]
| d /run/lock 0755 root root -
`----

Both files are part of the systemd-package.

Kindly remove one configuration line so that we get rid of the message.
