Bug#1104663: systemd-boot: dependency on systemd-boot-efi-signed (>= 257.5-2) not satisfiable

systemd-boot has

    Depends: [...], systemd-boot-efi-signed (>= 257.5-2) | systemd-boot-efi (= 257.5-2)

The first alternative is not satisfiable as
systemd-boot-efi-amd64-signed only has an unversioned

    Provides: systemd-boot-efi-signed

So the signed EFI binaries will never be installed automatically as a
dependency. (Still filing as normal as manual installation should
work.)

The dependency is also looser that the one on the unsigned binaries as
it allows arbitrary higher versions. If that is okay, it should be the
same for the unsigned binaries too?
