Bug#1115312: systemd-repart doesn't recommend or suggest libcryptsetup

Package: systemd-repart
Version: 257.8-1~deb13u2
Severity: wishlist
Dear Maintainer,
It seems the systemd-repart package does not declare any type of
relation towards the libcryptsetup(12) package, although it seems
like it's dlopen'ing it and refusing some stuff if it's not installed.
For example it seems to need libcryptsetup available if it should do
anything related to (dm-)verity.
I think this could atleast warrant having a `Suggests: libcryptsetup12`
(if not a Recommends).
