The 2.86.ds1-10 release has not resulted in our being chased by an angry
pitchfork-brandishing mob, so I'd say that the next upload can go to unstable.
I have to confess to making changes for -11 but they are relatively low-risk
(e.g., documentation tweaks).  Petter: can you do it, say, this weekend?
Don't forget to give "-v2.86.ds1-6" so that fixed-in-experimental bugs get closed.
