These version numbers are incomplete.  The -? part is missing.

I suspect one of the init processes are sulogin, and that this is
normal.

I have no clue either.  Michael asked me initially, and gathered more
debugging information on my request, but I am unable to reproduce and
unable to understand what is going on here.
