I've kept them all separate:

73_o_direct_undef.patch
74_makeboot_loop_upper_bound.patch
75_pri_kdm_gdm.patch
76_stdin_notty.patch
77_nocrash_missing_arg.patch
78_kfreebsd_proc_error_debug.patch
79_noninteractive_ignore_sigint.patch

69_startpar.patch is the original SuSE startpar release, with
everything after the Debian changes.
