I prepared a new upstream release for XOTcl:

Would you please consider it for uploading?

A sidemark: The package still uses dpatch and so the current lintian 
shouts loud, with an error. I added an override for the time being, but 
I am planning to remove the dpatch build-dep when the time comes ...
