[Pkg-tcltk-devel] tclex_1.2a1-16_amd64.changes REJECTED

Review thanks to one of our trainees.  Unfortunately this package has to be
rejected.  The licensing is unclear on several files.

Neil Walker is the author of those files and not mentioned in debian/copyright
and there is no indication of the license he intended for the files:

tclex-1.2a1.orig/examples/pascal/pascal.tcl:# Author   : Neil Walker
tclex-1.2a1.orig/examples/strip/strip.tcl:# Author   : Neil Walker

The files RE80.c/RE81.C/RE82.c appear to be modifications of files taken from
tcl, but the licensing and copyright information about the original files
appears to be missing.

The licensing and copyright of these files will have to be clarified or the
files removed before the package can be accepted.
