I don't see why these files should bear another copyright. They are
examples written specifically for tcLex, not that they are borrowed
from some other software.

RE82.c is not a modification. It's just a wrapper which calls original
Tcl functions.

RE80.c and RE81.c are indeed modifications. I'll try to contact the
author and clarify the license with him.
