Well, the license file definitely says that the copyright belongs to
Frederic Bonnet unless explicitly disclaimed in an individual file. If
you find work copyrighted by someone else then you can raise an alarm.
But author and copyright holder of the examples may be different
people. I don't see a contradiction here.
