Works are copyright their authors except is certain very specific circumstances 
which there is no evidence apply here.  All I asked you to do is check the 
copyright/license of those files.  Based on what's in the package there's no 
way to tell if those example files were even present when the statement about 
all copyright belonging to Frederic Bonnet was added.  It's quite possible it 
was at one point true and may not be now.

Without checking, there's no way to know.
