In fact, yes it can be excluded along with compat/random.c with the
same license.
I'm uploading the new version now (with +dfsg suffix in its version).
Also, Is it okay that
I took license terms for the "Tcl" license from the Tcl distribution
for the files which
have been copied from there and probably modified? They just say "See
license.terms
for the license information" inside and I'm sure they mean
license.terms from the Tcl
distribution.
