I already did a test rebuild for all the rdeps and it was succeeding. I
however didn't check if they were still working (especially the KDE
bits).

Yes I'll do the upload when we'll receive the green light.

It's also a good practice to not make any uploads unrelated to the
transition (new major version and stuff like that) of these packages.
