So you say, nautilus doesn't recognize cryptsetup devices any longer, too?
Have you rebooted resp. restarted your session after the upgrade?

Is it an internal partition or on a removable device?

What does gvfs-mount -oi say when you attach the removable device?
A gvfs-mount -li and devkit-disk --dump would be helpful too.
