Are that out-tree-drivers or linux-kernel drivers?
Do you have a /sys/class/net/wlan0/device/driver symlink (best post the output
of ls -la /sys/class/net/wlan0/device and ls -la /dev/sys/net/eth0/device)
If not, this is a driver bug and you should ask the authors of the driver.
