In fact, I never changed anything in nm-system-settings.conf which now 
contains:

[main]
plugins=keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

Nevertheless, I installed your packages and now the problem disappeared.

If you want me to do more tests with  0.7.999-2 packages (as it seems to me 
that the ifupdown plugin was not disabled) I can make them, but not until 
tonight (GMT+1).
