[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#625254: network-manager-gnome: Network manager applet shows only the access point to which it is currently connected

Hi,

I am running Debian Unstable with an updated GNOME 2.30, kernel 2.6.38-2-amd64
and network-manager 0.8.4. When network-manager connects to an access point
after several minutes it no longer show the other available access points -
only the one currently connected to. If i chose to reconnect to the network or
if i enable and disable the wireless networking, the other available networks
are shown again. However again several minutes after i've connected to the
network it stops showing the other access points. I have attached two
screenshots, the first showing that the network-manager applet show only the
network i'me currentyl connected to and the other showing that after i have
enabled and disabled wireless networking, i can see the other available access
points again.
