Hi

This is my first patch for Debian. (I've only done packaging in ubuntu
before.) So if I've not followed procedures correctly, please let me
know.

I'm trying out gnome 3 in experimental. I use a cisco vpn for work, so I
need network-manager-vpnc. 

I did a uscan and a bump of the build dependencies. I built and
installed the package, and did user testing (added and connected to
vpn.)
