[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#755763: network-manager: Keeps disconnection from wifi and failed to reconnect

On a laptop that was working fine before Jessie and a wifi network for which other devices have
no issues, network manager keeps dropping the wifi connectin AND does not automatically reconnect
despite the wifi network being configured as 'Connect automatically' and being the only wifi network
configured for auto-connection.

There are two wired (NM-managed) bridges but there are currently no wires connected to either the
onboard PCI ethernet nor the USB ethernet.  The USB ethernet's bridge is manually configured, the
other bridge is DHCP.

There is also a Bluetooth adaptor that is enabled but not set to connect.
