Since it is talking over http, it would be much convenient if it
supported resumption of interrupted downloads.



I also have one more suggestion and am squeezing in here. If you want a
separate bug report, please let me know. I'll do it.

flatpak --user should be the default mode than flatpak --system.
The prime use case of flatpak is to help users get new/latest software.
If an admin wants to make a flatpak available to all users on the
system, it should be an extra option to pass, i.e. flatpak --system
