[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1100356: Pipewire 1.4 breaks pipewire - midi interface

I'm using Debian Testing. With the recent upgrade to pipewire 1.4.0-1, the pipewire - midi interface is broken. Midi applications no longer detect the midi instruments or the midi signals coming from the instruments
