[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1100356: pipewire 1.4.1 released

looks like pipewire 1.4.1 (1.4.1 · PipeWire / pipewire · GitLab<https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/releases/1.4.1>) is released. Waiting for this to land in debian testing.
not sure if this will fix the issue, but noticed the following lines on the release notes from 1.4.1 · PipeWire / pipewire · GitLab<https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/releases/1.4.1>
" * Add backwards compatibility support for when the kernel does not support UMP. Also fix UMP output. This restores MIDI support for older kernels/ALSA."
