[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1147383: should not rerfuse to ask for passwords when gnome-kesring-daemon is installed

I just debugged why nm-applet does not ask me for my wifi password anymore. Turns out the reason
was that gnome-keyring-daemon was installed, but not running. Purging the package made nm-applet ask for passwords again.

I do consideer this a bug: merely having another pakcage installed should not make this package malfunction
(even if it is clearly a related package), especially since users might not have any influence on the packages installed, or the package (as in my case) was pulled in as an optional dependency.
