   * d/control: Use debhelper compat level 14
     - Explicitly enable/disable desired features for each build
     - Disable dh_installsystemduser: in compat level 14 it would restart
       the per-user dbus-daemon, ending any active GUI session.
       We can't simply add RefuseManualStop=yes to the relevant units,
       because gnome-session restarts them on logout from a GUI session.
       Instead, reimplement a subset of its maintainer script fragments
       (just reload systemd, don't stop or start anything).
     - Remove ${misc:Depends} etc., now added automatically
   * d/control: Use dpkg build API v1
   * d/control: Improve package descriptions
   * d/rules: Improve dh_shlibdeps invocation for dbus-tests
   * d/control: Drop Breaks/Replaces on pre-Debian-12 versions
