need help for vdr-plugin-burn-0.0.4b

Hey

I debianzied the burn plugin (http://www.xeatre.de/community/burn/) the
plugin works fine on my VDR.
But the plugin needs M2VRequantizer and I don't know how to compile
because I missed the makefile. At the monent I use a precompiled file.
Is there anyone who can help me to make a clear package for
M2VRequantizer?

you can download the sources and binary's (sarge, vdr-1.4.17) here (only
16kb upstream)
