In the case of xxv, i would prefer a package-name which is more
descriptive, perhaps vdr-addon-xxv (or vdr-plugin-xxv - is it a plugin
or an addon?), because xxv is a really short name and could mean=20
everything. ;-)

Btw: Do you use Thunderbird directly to write ITP's? If yes, you
should allways CC debian-devel@lists.debian.org, because when using=20
reportbug whis is done too. (And i am very sure that i would not be=20
the only one who would complain about the package name this case) :)
