Mmm... but it's not really an addon. My definition of vdr-addon is 
something like this:

An addon adds functionality to VDR, without implementing a binary plugin.

xxv as well as vdradmin don't add any new functions to VDR, they even 
don't require VDR
to be installed on the same machine. And you should keep in mind, that 
there will be other
packages in the future, like xxv-plugin-coolstuff or xxv-skin-uglygreen 
or something
like this.

"vdr" isn't much longer ;)

xxv means "Xtreme eXtension for Vdr" - ok, it's only one "x" away from 
being confusable
with porn stuff, but I could not imagine a better package name. Maybe xxvdr?

So currently we have the following options:

(xxv | vdr-addon-xxv | xxvdr) + (xxv-plugin-coolstuff, xxv-skin-uglygreen)

Anybody has another suggestion?
