BUG in S90.nvram-wakeup script

This is not really a bug, it's by design. With REGULAR_DAYS = 1 VDR will 
always wakeup at REGULAR_TIME on the *next day*.

But I must admit, that this makes it hard to coordinate the wakeup with 
something like tvmovie2vdr. But on the other hand, wihtout something 
like tvmovie2vdr it doesn't make sense to let the VDR wakeup at 8:00 
when I shut it down at 6:00 - instead I want it to wakeup at least 8:00 
next day. But even this isn't perfect... (think of REGULAR_TIME=01:00 
and shutting down at 23:59)

Maybe the behaviour should be like you expect it and an additonal 
parameter "MIN_OFF_TIME" should allow to define that VDR wakes up 
MIN_OFF_TIME hours after it has been shut down.

What do you think?
