If it's still not there, create it; but make sure that it's owned by vdr:vdr.

Wrong format.

Wrong again - perhaps this should be documented more clearly...

You want "-o vdr"; see "scan --help" for more details.

You should ask about that elsewhere, I think; the VDR list would be a good
place to start.

Which front-end module? Have you put the firmware (if it's needed for that
device - it probably is) in the right place?
