libXvMCW is a wrapper for vendor specific XvMC libraries. The problem is that
libXvMCW only exists in XOrg and not in XFree. I only know about ubuntu linux
based on debian that provides XOrg. Therefore most debian based systems doesn't
have access to .deb packaged XOrg.
