vdr osdteletext plugin FLOF/Fastext support patch

Hi,

I've been using VDR with your teletext-plugin for a few weeks, and I
really loved it, except for 2 small details:
* I found no way to bring it up with the push of a button (this seems to
be a VDR limitation)
* the actual reason for those 4 coloured buttons on TV remotes, being
the easy teletext navigation links called FLOF or Fastext, didn't work.

Knowing it was technically possible and thinking it couldn't be all that
hard (especially after finding http://pdc.ro.nu/teletext.html), I
decided to try and put the latter functionality in your plugin.

Debugging was a little slow since esyslog() calls seemed to
crash/restart vdr (and I'm not really familiar with C/C++, so debugging
that problem was out of the question ;-)), but after a few hours it now
appears to work just fine.

I attached a minimal patch for 0.5.1 (Dutch translation strings included
for free!), it would be nice to hear if it works for you and even better
to see it included in a future version of your plugin.
