Moving some packages from e-tobi.net to Alioth

Hi!

Timo Aaltonen, who maintains the VDR packages for Ubuntu, now joined the
Debian VDR packaging team.

Welcome!

In order to make more packages available in Ubuntu, I'm starting to move
some packages from the e-tobi.net-Repository over to Alioth. If anynone
wants to see a package on Alioth that is currently only available in my
private repository, please let me know!

BTW: As mplayer is now officially available in Debian (even in Etch!),
I've activated the vdr-plugin-mplayer binary package.
