subversion commit mails

Hi!

As you might have noticed, I've played a little bit with SVNSpam to send
nice colored commit mails. Personally I prefer these over the plain text
output by commit-email.pl.

Please let me know what you think about it. If you like SVNSpam too, I
will deactivate the old style.

PS: If Alioth will update to Etch, I'll probably replace the "hackish"
SVNSpam with SVN::Notify::HTML.
