Package: vdr
Version: 1.4.7-1
Followup-For: Bug #326674

Hi,

my vdr stopped working too. It began to restart
every 10 seconds.
I managed to bring it back to work by setting the
option NONPTL to 0 in /etc/default/vdr. The
problem was that
/usr/lib/vdr/plugin-loader.sh set
LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1.
With the new glibc 2.5 this is no longer working.

I hope that this info helps.

Regards,
Jan
