Bug#473145: dvb-utils: please ship example DVB-T file for de-Dresden

Hi!

Just bought a DVB-T stick and got it to run. It took me a while to
find a DVB-T scan source file for Dresden, the attached one works
fine. Can you please include it?

I got it from [1], which has a free license.
