alsa-base to recommends: alsa-base

Package: libpt-plugins-alsa
Version: 1.6.6-1 (not installed)
Severity: normal
Since 1.6.6-1, libpt-plugins-alsa depends on alsa-base. However, it works
just fine without it, and I do not want to install alsa-base for various
reasons (the first one being that I just don't need it).
Now that apt shows recommended packages, I think downgrading the depends:
to a recommends: would be appropriate. (yes, I've read the bug report that
warranted the change)
