actually that bug was not yet fully traced and a recommends is fine.
I'll make sure SVN is updated, but i'll keep this bug pending until i
have sorted out the build issue for alpha unless there's a much more
important reason to do another upload. So for now, you can just
--force-depends or recompile the package with modified debian/control.
If you need a binary package, i could supply one too.
