Bug#268633: chan-capi: asterisk crashes with "undefined symbol:ast_pthread_create"

Sorry about my last email.

Of course we haven't loaded RC2 into asterisk yet, so my comments are a little 
premature...

Anyone else on pkg-voip-maintainers seen this problem with chan-capi?
