libosip2 upstream ABI change

Hello, 

I'm a co-maintainer of libosip2 package.
According to run "apt-cache showpkg libosip2", siproxd is the only package
depend on libosip2.

We have notified problem as written in Bug#285079.
It said that siproxd 0.57.snap040720-2 cannot run with libosip2_2.0.9-1.

(picked up as follows.)

Looking at the old 2.0.6 lib compared to 2.0.9:

[noodles@pot ~]$ nm -D /usr/lib/libosip2.so.2.0.6 | grep osip_free
        U osip_free
[noodles@pot ~]$ nm -D libosip2.so.2.0.9 | grep osip_free
[noodles@pot ~]$

The upstream author had removed some functions from his source codes witout
renew SONAME.

I'm sorry. I already have uploaded "libosip2_2.0.9-1".

Then I uploaded libosip2-dev_2.0.9-2 and libosip2feature209_2.0.9-2.
Please use these for new siproxd package compile.


Maybe more better solution exists. But I don't know.
If you have better solution, please notify me. 
Fix, comment and etc... are welcome.
