libosip2 upstream ABI change

 But I guess those packages were rejected or at least one of them is in
NEW queue.

 If you tried what I am thinking you tried it won't work. You should
leave libosip2-dev as is (the "broken" package) and pester upstream
about soname change. At the same time siproxd upstream should be asked
about a fixed version with new libosip (2.0.9) th If that is impossible,
one couold hink about a new upload of a libosip2.0.6-2 binary package
(and libosip2.0.6-2-dev) to get old sources in again.

 Please, be calmed. Unstable is known to break, and it is better to
think about things before acting.
