Package: asterisk

When invoking /etc/init.d/asterisk restart:

Disconnected from asterisk server
asteriskhostname:/#

Notice that echo -n "asterisk" generates that second line without a
carriage return.

The above output shows up in an email from cron each week, after logrotate
restarts the asterisk process.
