Bug#274871: libpt-plugins-avc: When using AVC for local video, I don't receive the remote video

When using AVC, I can see perfectly the local video, but I don't receive the
remote video anymore. The speed of the receiving video is "0".

It's only when using AVC, so I suppose that it is responsible for the problem.
