As none of the pkg-voip maintainers does do very much sparc and you seem
to have the whole patch working already in mind, would you please hand
in a patch against our package in SID to this bug? That way we could see
what's needed to fulfil your request.
Are there any of the other sparcs out there affected (in a negative way)
by the changes you ask us to introduce? If your defaults would be that
much better, why is debian shipping with the slow settins as default
then?=20
