You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnomemeeting: Depends: libpt-1.8.3 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpt-plugins-oss or
libpt-plugins-alsa
libopenh323-1.15.2: Depends: libpt-1.8.3 but it is not going to be installed
libpt-plugins-avc: Depends: libpt-1.8.3 (= 1.8.4-1) but it is not going to be installed
libpt-plugins-dc: Depends: libpt-1.8.3 (= 1.8.4-1) but it is not going to be installed
libpt-plugins-v4l2: Depends: libpt-1.8.3 (= 1.8.4-1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
since 1.8.3 is half installed, I am not allowed to do anything but -f install, which fails ... so all APT is locked up.
Cant install any thing any more.
