Status of ser (sip express router) in Debian

Hi,

recently I found Debian bug report #244526, "ITP ser" which appearently
ends with the inclusion of ser in the Debian project:

| Subject: ser_0.9.6-1_i386.changes is NEW
| Date: Sat, 06 May 2006 11:33:50 -0700

However I do not find ser by the usual means including 
via http://packages.debian.org/ser and if I understand the
| Announcing to debian-devel-changes at lists.debian.org
correctly a message should also be found in the archives at
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-changes/2006/05/threads.html
but it isn't.

Now I'm confused. Can you please enlighten me about the ser status in
Debian? Are the things the way they should be?
