You cannot install asterisk right now, but only upgrade it from older 
versions. This is because the asterisk_fix helper script is not part of the 
package. 

I am attaching a patch for current svn, which integrates many of the fixes to 
asterisk_fix and also makes it part of the asterisk package (the main one).

Please comment before I commit.
