Leaving out the group part means "use default group of that user".

This works by default (because the asterisk package creates the
asterisk user with the asterisk group as default group), and also eases
custom setups with the default group changed (for whatever odd reason).

It is generally recommended for Debian lists to only cc when explicitly

(please do not start a debate here about the use of mail-followup-to and
