new buildd for pkg-voip.buildserver.net

Hi guys,

ok, finally the new buildd is hooked onto the pkg-voip SVN. This means,
we have more logic hooked to the pure SVN and we need to make sure that
the versions do follow a sane schema.

From now on, please make sure that you commit a distribution tag
"UNRELEASED" for all changes before you actually upload! As soon as the
distribution is changed to "unstable" or "experimental" the script will
automatically create an upload higher to that version from the
changelog. For all "UNRELEASED" entries in the changelog, it will stay
below that given version.

It will build the following packages for all 5 dists (Sid, Etch, Sarge,
Dapper, Breezy):

asterisk-chan-capi/trunk
asterisk-oh323/trunk
asterisk-prompt-it/trunk
asterisk-prompt-se/trunk
asterisk-sounds-extra/trunk

iaxclient/trunk
kiax/trunk
kphone/trunk
libpri/trunk
ohphone/trunk

pwlib/branches/sarge (for Sarge and Breezy)
pwlib/trunk (for Sid, Etch and Dapper)
rate-engine/trunk

as well as Ekiga and GnomeMeeting from pkg-gnome SVN.

The installation is done by a regular DAK with britney script and will
thus eventually not show up (even if built ok) if the depends cannot be
satisfied at the moment.

The URL for the archive is 
"deb http://pkg-voip.buildserver.net/debian sid main"
while "debian" and "sid" can also be any other of the overall 5 dists.

For now, new source tarballs need to provided by hand to my script
(meaning i will do that as i see them required). Yet I do plan to add
support for get-orig-source targets as soon as I will find some time.

As I don't want to give you headache reading an utterly long mail, I
