Sure; note that my asterisk setup isn't complete yet, so in the
immediate I can try out only the very basic features.

I didn't touch my /etc/asterisk/modules.conf and chan_capi got loaded
automatically. Possibly that's a new (mis?)feature of Asterisk 1.2? So
as far as _I_ know, we don't have to do anything in this regard in the
postinst.

For my education: Why do we create the asterisk user in the postinst
of asterisk-chan-capi? The asterisk package itself takes care of it,
doesn't it?
