based on the "old" yate packaging, I've updated the SVN for 1.0.0-1 with
the dfsg-repacking in stripping ilbc. That for one required an update in
configure to not try to generate contrib/ilbc/makefile which you may
want to fix for the upcoming release. Further it fails to build with:
